1. Introduction
Welcome to DaySells. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DaySells Technologies Limited. Our platform operates as a Venue and Transaction Facilitator. We provide the technical infrastructure for transactions but are not the direct seller of goods.
2. Payment Protection Policy
In Plain English
Payments are securely processed. The seller's settlement is triggered only after YOU verify the item is correct.
To eliminate fraud, DaySells utilizes a strict Payment Protection System. When you make a payment:
- Your payment is securely processed and managed by our licensed payment partner (Paystack).
- The Seller sees the order as "Paid" but the settlement is paused.
- Settlements are strictly delayed until the Order Status is updated to
COMPLETED.
The "Confirm Receipt" Action
By clicking "Confirm Receipt" in the app, you irrevocably confirm that the item has been received and matches the description. This action immediately triggers the settlement to the Seller's account. Once clicked, this action cannot be reversed.
3. Loyalty Coins & Rewards

Get rewarded for being a good buyer. Confirm receipt promptly to earn Coins.
DaySells incentivizes trust through our Coin System.
4. General Provisions
Privacy & Location Data: We utilize GPS data to calculate accurate shipping rates. By using the app, you consent to the collection of location data during active use.
Dispute Resolution: All financial disputes must be raised within the app's Support Ticket system before initiating external legal action.
